General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all services availed and products purchased at Apex Beauty salons, Apexbeauty Absolute salons, and Apexbeauty Fast'n'Fab salons (hereinafter referred to as 'Apexbeauty' or 'Salon'). Additional terms may apply for specific services, promotions, and products.
These terms are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are requested to review them periodically before availing any services. By using our services/purchasing products, customers accept all terms outlined herein, forming a contract between the customer and the salon owner/operating organization.
Appointments & Cancellations
To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking appointments before visiting any Apexbeauty salon.
Subject to availability, we're happy to reschedule your booking with prior notice.
We hold appointments for 15 minutes after the scheduled time. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered cancelled.
Consent & Restrictions
Please accurately complete all declaration and consent forms provided by the salon to help us deliver precise consultation and services.
Before trying new services, we recommend patch testing all products to avoid reactions and ensure your wellbeing.
If you're pregnant, please inform us when booking/availing services so we can ensure your comfort, safety, and provide appropriate services as some treatments may not be suitable.
Disclose any medical conditions to your specialist before services as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
Service Refusal Rights
We reserve the right to refuse service if the requested treatment contradicts our SOPs or isn't deemed safe/suitable based on disclosed medical/hygiene/physical conditions during consultation.
Apexbeauty and its employees may refuse service to any customer if they feel threatened by verbal or physical abuse.
Pricing
Service and product prices vary by location. Apexbeauty reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.
Prices will be billed as per rates on the service/product delivery date, including applicable taxes.
Safety & Liability
Customers are solely responsible for valuables brought into the salon. Apexbeauty isn't liable for any loss or damage.
Apexbeauty maintains high standards of health, safety, ethics, and legal compliance. Please report any concerns to the salon manager or regional business manager.
Refunds & Exchanges
Apexbeauty follows a "No Refund" policy. If services don't meet expectations, please register complaints at care@apexbeauty.in within 15 days.
After consultation and service completion as agreed, customers are responsible for full payment.
We accept exchanges (no refunds) of damaged, unopened, unused products with valid bills within 7 days of purchase.
Gift Cards/Vouchers/Coupons
Valid at Apexbeauty salons when presented before billing, within validity period and per terms.
Cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers.
Runway Rewards
Join our loyalty program by enjoying services worth ₹1800 in a single bill at any Apexbeauty salon.
Check your points balance at any salon or via SMS (if not registered with DND).

Offers & Promotions
Service packages are non-transferable and must be completed within 4/6/12 months as specified.
Additional offer-specific terms apply alongside these general terms.
Offer products/services remain available without promotions.
Offers cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation or combined.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers without notice.
Payments & Billing
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex affiliated cash/credit/debit cards.
Please collect your bill after service completion. Registered customers will receive bills via SMS. Physical bills are also available.
Report missing bills within 24 hours via care@apexbeauty.in or our toll-free number. Valid cases will receive a ₹1000 e-gift card after investigation.
Duplicate bills can be obtained within 15 days of service.
Report billing discrepancies within 15 days at the servicing salon or via care@apexbeauty.in.
Data Privacy
Please provide accurate information in declaration forms for your benefit.
Personal data provided is with your consent to enable service delivery. Apexbeauty maintains confidentiality and may store information for future reference, product recommendations, and marketing purposes.
We may use your information to contact you about products, offers, and promotions. To opt out, text STOP to +917988434240. To opt back in, give a missed call to the same number.

Caution Notice
Beware of increasing cyber fraud through phone/SMS/email impersonating brands for financial scams. Apexbeauty never requests payments outside our platforms for promotions or contests.
Verify suspicious communications with our customer service. Report fraudulent telecom activities to DOT via the Chakshu portal.
